Durch das sogenannte Ultrafiltrierungsverfahren entsteht das Molkenprotein-Isolat. Isolat ist vor allem für weniger Zucker und Fettanteil sowie einen höheren Proteinanteil bekannt. Durch das Ultrafiltrierungsverfahren werden außerdem auch die letzten Laktoserückstände herausgefiltert, wodurch sich eine viel bessere Verträglichkeit ergibt. Gerade deshalb ist Isolat auch für Laktoseintolerante oft das Protein der Wahl.

Einnahmeempfehlung
30 g (1 Messlöffel) in 150 ml kaltes Wasser einrühren und vorzugsweise vor und nach dem Training verzehren.
