Empfohlene Dosierung
Mischen Sie eine Dosis von 32 g (1 und 2/3 Messlöffel - Geschmack Erdbeere, Vanille und 1 und 3/4 Messlöffel - Geschmack Schokolade+Kakao) mit 250 ml Wasser. Je nach Tagesbedarf an Eiweiß 1-3 Portionen pro Tag zwischen den Mahlzeiten verzehren.
